Where are courses delivered ?

 With three available options, courses can be delivered either :


  • At  conveniently located training venues able to conform to all social distancing and Covid-19 requirements (see dates & locations below).


  • At your place of work - We can come to your Company, school or organisation and deliver on-site.


  • Or  there is also the option of live on-line courses where delegates can still benefit from all the learning, group activities and instructor support from the comfort of their own home or work environme

Please note, when booking live on-line courses, or training to be delivered on-site, places must be booked and confirmed at least 15 days in advance in order for the required manuals & learning materials to be delivered in time to learners.

All on-line courses require learners to each have their own laptop or computer which must have fully working audio, visual, microphone and ability to join break-out rooms in order for them to participate. Please check with your IT department first if unsure.


*Please note that whilst no formal qualifications are required to attend any of the 

courses offered, learners must have English reading, writing and comprehension abilities equivalent to those of a GCSE student.

RESERVATIONS, CONFIRMED BOOKINGS & PRIVATE / THIRD PARTY COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note, all courses have strictly limited places available.  Upon making an initial public course reservation you will be sent joining instructions and your invoice.  Its important to note that a reservation only becomes a confirmed booking once full payment has been received which must be no less than 10 days  before the fist day of training.


All fees  must be fully paid prior to attending  or participating in a public course.   As all courses are capped, cancellations with less than 3 weeks  (21 full days) notice or failing to attend will incur 100% course charges. If a goodwill  transfer or re-booking is offered, it will not be further transferable to any other date or person thereafter.


All on-line courses require participants to have individual laptops or computers with fully working audio, visual, microphone and the ability to join breakout rooms.  You may need to check with your IT department first if unsure.


Price Match Guarantee  applies  to standard  fees for face to face public courses and does not include  any special offers or promotions.


Cancellation, rescheduling or altering of either directly booked private courses, or courses booked by & delivered on behalf of another provider, either virtual or face to face with less than 3 weeks (21 full days) notice will incur 100% of agreed costs. If a goodwill  transfer or re-booking is offered, it will not be further transferable to any other date thereafter.
