With certified & accredited MHFAE and NCSPET courses ranging from half, one or two days, there is something for everyone, including the option of live on-line blended learning and options to upskill to Level 3 or Level 4 qualifications.

Two day Adult Mental Health Health First Aider (Face to Face or live, on-line)
This course is the “gold standard” of Mental Health First Aider training with learners using their workbooks, digital manual, Support App' and 3 year digital Benefits & Support package to help you be the best possible MHFAider® . You will also be invited to join The Association of Mental Health First Aiders® the UK's first professional body of its kind.
Delivered over 2 days, learners will gain enhanced inter-personal skills, an in-depth understanding of mental health issues, triggers, signs & symptoms, the skills and confidence to approach and assist someone when they need it the most, all whilst becoming a vital resource and point of contact within the organisation. This course is for people of all levels from the most junior to the most senior, wishing to become a MHFAider® - See below for course content.
One day Mental Health Champion (Face to Face or live, on-line)
This full day course gives learners a better understanding about building a mentally healthy workplace, supporting positive well-being, challenging stigmas and providing Mental Health First Aid for some of the most common mental health issues. Although suitable for all learners, this course is particularly relevant for line managers and supervisors. - See below for course content.
Half day Mental Health REFRESHER (Face to Face or live, on-line)
Specifically only for learners who have previously successfully completed the 2 day MH First Aider course, this Refresher training will allow you to update your awareness of any current issues / legislative changes, practice applying the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan, update your knowledge of mental health, what can influence it, how to manage boundaries & challenging conversations, the importance of self care, network with other MHFAiders and the key concepts covered in their original training. - See below for course content.
Half day Mental Health Aware (Face to Face or live, on-line)
This course is a dynamic, fast-paced introduction to Mental Health & well-being. A perfect entry level for anyone interested in learning more about such an important subject. - See below for course content.
One day Suicide First Aid - Suicide Prevention, Intervention & Postvention
This course, from the National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education & Training, is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health and delivered over 1 day in 4 sessions. Using the accompanying digital workbook, you will learn how to recognise the potential signs of someone having thoughts of suicide, how to approach them, what to say (and what not to say), how to support them to a place of mental & physical safety & signpost them to the appropriate supports. It also covers how to support people bereaved by suicide (family, friends, co-workers etc,). The course involves learners with group discussions, exercises, breakout rooms, concepts, videos, skills practice and also has the option to upskill to a Level 4 qualification. Half day Suicide First Aid
This course, from the National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education & Training, helps you learn about contributing factors, how to listen non-judgementally and talk to someone about possible thoughts or feelings of suicide and how to support them. It includes a digital workbook & involves group discussions, exercises, breakout rooms, concepts, videos, self reading and skills practice. Please see our Suicide Prevention page
